The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Firefly Metals Ltd. will list an additional 22,115,375 ordinary shares at the open on Dec. 17, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $1.56 per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated Dec. 12, 2025.
