           DIRECTOR ACQUIRES SHARES OF FJORDLAND EXPLORATION INC.

Vancouver, BC, November 5, 2014--Richard C Atkinson has filed an Early Warning Report that
advises that since the filing of his last report on January 16, 2014 he has obtained ownership or
control of an additional 2,730,000 common shares of Fjordland Exploration Inc. ("Fjordland") for
an aggregate consideration of $108,600. These shares were acquired through purchases on the
TSX-V (430,000 shares), through participation in a non-brokered private placement (2,000,000
shares) and as a bonus for providing debt capital to Fjordland (300,000 shares). Richard C.
Atkinson now owns or controls 15,560,923 common shares which represents 17.77% of
Fjordland's issued and outstanding common shares as at October 28, 2014. In addition Richard
C. Atkinson has been granted management incentive options to purchase 3,000,000 common
shares plus warrants entitling the purchase of 2,000,000 common shares which, if exercised on a
non-dilutive basis and added to his current share holdings, would represent 22.22% of Fjordland's
then issued common shares. Richard C. Atkinson acquired the shares for investment purposes
only. This investment may be increased or decreased as circumstances warrant. A report
respecting this acquisition will be electronically filed with the British Columbia Securities
