Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:  $123,087.42, 683,819 shares at 18 cents (10 parties)

Total pro group involvement:  $2,390.76, 13,282 shares at 18 cents (one pro group)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
