OCEANIC ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

On April 26, 2024, pursuant to Oceanic Iron Ore Corp.'s stock option plan, a total of 1.57 million incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of five cents per share for a period of 10 years, expiring on April 26, 2034.
