OCEANIC ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST FOR COMMON SHARES

Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. has elected to settle an aggregate of $92,868 in accrued interest due under the company's previously issued replacement Series A convertible debentures, Series B convertible debenture, Series C convertible debentures and Series D convertible debentures on Sept. 30, 2023, by issuing 1,428,735 common shares in the capital of the company at a price equal to 6.5 cents per common share.
