The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,328,141 shares to settle outstanding debt for $92,969.87.

Number of creditors:  18 creditors

Total non-arm's-length party involvement:  $81,684.12, 1,166,916 shares at seven cents (10 creditors)

Total pro group involvement:  $3,516.73, 50,239 shares at seven cents (two creditors)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
