Fabled Silver Gold Corp. Reports Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 22, 2024 Fabled Silver Gold Corp. (the "Company") (NEX: FCO.H; OTCQB: FBSGF, and FSE: 7NQ) today announces the resignation of Alnesh Mohan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 17, 2024.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Mohan for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the best in the future.

Mr. Peter J. Hawley, President and CEO of the Company has been appointed interim CFO of the Company. The Company will seek to appoint a permanent CFO to join the Company as soon as it is able.
