FULL CIRCLE LITHIUM TO ACQUIRE THE GEORGIA LITHIUM PROCESSING FACILITY

Full Circle Lithium Corp. is acquiring 100-per-cent ownership of its currently leased Georgia facility.

"Our Georgia facility is key to our business, and we wanted to crystallize the value and have full control of our assets," said Carlos Vicens, chief executive officer of Full Circle Lithium. "With the acquisition of the property we look forward to developing our Georgia facility and potentially adding additional land for additional future growth."

The company had previously entered into a lease and option to purchase agreement for the Georgia facility, including the land and all facilities, with an option to purchase the facility and lands at a price of $500,000 (U.S.).

The company has entered into a binding purchase and sale agreement and paid $30,000 (U.S.) as a down payment. On closing of the purchase, which is expected in the next few weeks, $220,000 (U.S.) will be paid to the vendor and the remaining $250,000 (U.S.) will be paid in instalments over the course of next year, subject to certain conditions.
