Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) named in the attached table.

The Fidelity Investments Canada ULC ETFs are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of trading on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
