DEVERON ANNOUNCES TSXV DELISTING DATE

Deveron Corp., further to its news release of April 8, 2026, effective at close of business on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, will voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. Despite the delisting, the company will continue to be subject to continuing disclosure and other obligations as a reporting issuer under applicable securities legislation in Canada.
