FORACO PROVIDES NOTICE OF 2025 Q2 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Foraco International SA will release its second quarter 2025 financial results, prior to Toronto Stock Exchange market open on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Following the release, management of the company will host a conference call at 10 a.m. ET to review the financial results. The call will be hosted by Tim Bremner, chief executive officer, and Fabien Sevestre, chief financial officer.
