FORACO PROVIDES NOTICE OF 2023 Q4 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Foraco International SA will release its fourth quarter 2023 financial results prior to market open on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024. Following the release, management of the company will host a conference call at 11 a.m. ET to review the financial results. The call will be co-hosted by Tim Bremner, chief executive officer, and Fabien Sevestre, chief financial officer.
