EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES JULY 2025 DIVIDEND OF C$0.042 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of 4.2 cents per common share of the company for the month of July, 2025, which is payable on Aug. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2025. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
