EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES APRIL 2024 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of April, 2024, which is payable on May 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2024. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
