EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of February, 2024, which is payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 29, 2024. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
