EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of January, 2024, which is payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2024. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
