EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of December, 2023, which is payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
