EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2023 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of October, 2023, which is payable on Nov. 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2023. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
