EXTENDICARE ANNOUNCES JUNE 2023 DIVIDEND OF C$0.04 PER SHARE

Extendicare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share of the company for the month of June, 2023, which is payable on July 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
