The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  4.5 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  May 18, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  May 18, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.5 million shares with 4.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 25, 2023. The expiry date of the warrants was subsequent extended and accepted for filing by the exchange on Feb. 20, 2024, and May 20, 2025.
