EARTHWORKS APPOINTS BARBARA RUSSELL INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Earthworks Industries Inc. has appointed Barbara Russell as interim chief financial officer for the company. Ms. Russell is an experienced professional accountant who previously worked for the company.

As reported in the company's news release dated March 19, 2026, the company's CFO, Dave Russell, has been on medical leave due to a serious illness and unable to fulfill his responsibilities in connection with the preparation and finalization of the company's annual filings.
