SHARE FOR DEBT AGREEMENT ACCEPTED
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted Earthworks Industries Inc.'s shares-for-debt agreement and issuance of 750,000 common shares to settle indebtedness of $56,200 with an arm's-length creditor, announced in the company's news release dated Sept. 17, 2025.
