EARTHWORKS GRANTS NEW OPTIONS

Earthworks Industries Inc. (the "Company") reports that it has granted a total of 3,300,000 share purchase options to four directors, one advisor, and two service providers. The options will be exercisable until September 23, 2030, at $0.075 per share.

The Company also confirms that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension by one year of 2,300,000 share purchase warrants outlined in our News Release dated September 11, 2025.
