EARTHWORKS GRANTS NEW OPTIONS

Earthworks Industries Inc. has granted a total of 3.3 million share purchase options to four directors, one adviser and two service providers. The options will be exercisable until Sept. 23, 2030, at 7.5 cents per share.

The company also confirms that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension by one year of 2.3 million share purchase warrants outlined in the company's news release dated Sept. 11, 2025.
