EAT WELL GROUP PROVIDES AUDIT UPDATE

Eat Well Investment Group Inc. has provided this brief audit update for the newly consolidated Eat Well Group.

The company is diligently working toward finalizing its audit and has been advised by CM3, the company's auditor, that it expects to complete the audit by March 31, 2024.
