The TSX-V has received confirmation that the closing has occurred. Therefore, the common shares of the company, which were listed at the close of business on Aug. 3, 2023, commenced trading at the opening of business on Friday, Aug. 4, 2023.

The company has completed its public offering of securities prior to the opening of market on Aug. 4, 2023. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering are $460,000 (4.6 million common shares at 10 cents per share).
