EVP Capital Inc.'s capital pool company (CPC) prospectus dated May 9, 2023, has been filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange and the Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta securities commissions, effective May 11, 2023, under the provisions of the respective securities acts. The common shares of the company will be listed and admitted to trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on the effective dates stated below.

The gross proceeds to be received by the company for the offering are $460,000 (4.6 million common shares at 10 cents per share).
