(the “ Company ” or “ Eventer ”) (TSXV: EVNT), a SaaS-based platform for the management and sale of tickets for live events , is pleased to announce that it has continued out of the provincial jurisdiction of British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) into the provincial jurisdiction of Ontario under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the " OBCA "). Shareholders approved the continuance into the OBCA by special resolution at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on February 20, 2026.

In connection with the continuance, the Company has replaced its notice of articles and articles with  new articles of continuance and by-laws, respectively, under the OBCA, which can be accessed at the Company’s profile at www.sedarplus.com. The CUSIP / ISIN numbers for the Company's common shares and the stock symbol for the Company's common shares remain unchanged.
