EVERGEN INFRASTRUCTURE ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS HELD ON AUGUST 25, 2026

Evergen Infrastructure Corp. has released the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM), held on Aug. 25, 2026. A total of 16,172,472 common shares were represented at the meeting, representing 62.43 per cent of the company's outstanding shares.

The following is a summary of the proxy voting results for the AGM.

Election of directors

The following individuals were elected as directors for the ensuing year: Chase Edgelow, Mischa Zajtmann, Varun Anand and Blake Almond.

Appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the auditor of the company

Davidson was appointed as the auditor of the company at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
