EUROPACIFIC ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Europacific Metals Inc. has been granted an extension by the TSX Venture Exchange to complete the previously announced (see news release dated Oct. 17, 2023) non-brokered private placement. The previously closing date of Dec. 1, 2023, is now extended by 30 days.

The proceeds from this financing will be used for initial project reconnaissance by the new chief executive officer and general working capital purposes.
