ENCORE ENERGY ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF MS. STACY NIEUWOUDT FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Stacy Nieuwoudt has resigned as a director of the board for EnCore Energy Corp. Ms. Nieuwoudt's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
