Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 8, 2025, effective at the opening, Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, trading in the shares of the company will be suspended for failure to pay sustaining fees.
Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
