ENVIROMETAL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Envirometal Technologies Inc.'s shareholders approved all resolutions set out in the company's notice of meeting and information circular, both dated May 22, 2023, at the company's annual general meeting held June 27, 2023, in Burnaby, B.C.

The following resolutions were approved at the AGM:

• The number of directors was set at four with the following incumbent directors re-elected for the coming year: Mel S. Lavitt, Kenneth C. McNaughton, Court J. Anderson and Alexander Ruckdaeschel.
• MNP LLP, chartered accountants, has been appointed as auditor of Envirometal for the coming year.
• The continuation of the company's existing stock option plan as described in the information circular has been approved.
