August 3, 2018 - Vancouver, British Columbia - E.S.I. Environmental Sensors Inc. (the "Company") announces that its li
--->sting has been transferred to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, and that its common shares now trade under th
--->e symbol "ESV.H".
The Company also announces that it has accepted the resignations of Johan Grandin and Scott Davis.  Mr. Grandin is res
--->igning as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mr. Davis is resigning as Chief Financial Officer
--->.  The Board of Directors of the Company thanks Messrs. Grandin and Davis for their service to the Company over the ye
--->ars, and has commenced a search to fill the vacancies created by their resignations.  Following the resignations, the 
--->board of directors of the Company consists of Matteo Beffa and Michael Danielsson.
