The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Essential Energy Services Ltd. will be delisted at the close on Nov. 15, 2023. According to the TSX, the delisting results from the recently effected merger between Essential and 2544592 Alberta Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Element Technical Services Inc.

Pursuant to the merger, Essential shareholders are entitled to receive 40 cents in cash per Essential share held. To receive the consideration, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Toronto.
