EURO SUN ANNOUNCES 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

The nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 5, 2023, for the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders of Euro Sun Mining Inc. were elected as directors of the company. Of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company, 32.78 per cent were represented at the meeting.

Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Meeting on June 13, 2023, in Toronto, Ont., are set out in the attached table.
