The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Equinox Gold Corp. will list an additional 49.06 million common shares at the open on April 26, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $5.30 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 24, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Nov. 21, 2022.
