--->tion and control of the Common Shares held by DG Resource Management Ltd.
As of November 17, 2014, the Common Shares acquired by DG Resource Management Ltd. represent approximately 5.1% of the
---> Issuer's current issued and outstanding Common Shares. Prior to the date of issuance of the Common Shares, Mr. Dahrou
--->ge directly held 313,000 Common Shares and indirectly held 1,482,666 Common Shares through his company 877384 Alberta 
--->Ltd. Mr. Dahrouge now holds approximately 14.2% of the Issuer.
