EQB ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

EQB Inc. has provided an update on the election of the 11 nominees listed in the management information circular dated Feb. 15, 2024, as directors of EQB at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today.

The results of the proxy vote for director elections are as shown in the attached table.
