ePlay Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

ePlay Digital Inc. (CSE:EPY | OTC:EPYFF | FSE:2NY2) (the "Company") today announces that Dong Shim has resigned from his position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

"Shim has been a valued member of the executive team over the last 8 years," says Trevor Doerksen, CEO of ePlay Digital. "Dong has made significant contributions to ePlay and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors."

ePlay is conducting a search process to identify a new CFO. Trevor Doerksen will serve as Interim CFO during the due diligence to hire a new CFO.
