EPLAY ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

ePlay Digital Inc.'s Dong Shim has resigned from his position of chief financial officer (CFO) effective Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

"Shim has been a valued member of the executive team over the last eight years," says Trevor Doerksen, chief executive officer of ePlay Digital. "Dong has made significant contributions to ePlay and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours."

ePlay is conducting a search process to identify a new CFO. Mr. Doerksen will serve as interim CFO during the due diligence to hire a new CFO.
