Mr. Jamie Lavigne reports

E-POWER RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL MEETING DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM

The annual meeting of shareholders, originally scheduled for Oct. 7, 2025, was convened but adjourned due to the absence of a quorum. The meeting has been adjourned until Nov. 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. Eastern Time, and will be held by teleconference or by a Teams link.
