E-POWER RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF A FIRST TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

E-Power Resources Inc. has closed the first tranche of the private placement previously arranged on Feb. 26, 2024.

An aggregate of 1,360,643 units of the company were issued in the private placement at a price of seven cents per unit for gross proceeds of $95,245, with each unit comprising one common share in the capital of the company and one-half common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of 15 cents for a period of 60 months from the closing date.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used by the company for general working capital purposes. Two insiders of the company participated in the private placement.

No finders' fees were paid in connection to this tranche.
