ENCANTO POTASH ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

The board of directors of Encanto Potash Corp. has accepted the resignation of Robert Dzisiak as a director and chief executive officer as of March 12, 2026. Mr. Dzisiak has resigned in order to devote more time to his other business interests. The company expresses its gratitude for his services to the company.

The vacancy on the board has been filled by the appointment of Vancouver mining professional Glen Macdonald, effective today. Glen Macdonald, BSc, BA, has joined the board and has been appointed chief executive officer of the company.

Mr. Kanafani stated: "On behalf of the board, we welcome Mr. Macdonald and look forward to what he can bring to the company with his past successes in the Saskatchewan potash sector. We envision this important milestone as a springboard in support of the development of Encanto's joint venture potash project with the Muskowekwan First Nation."
