Pursuant to the company's news release dated July 15, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the amendment to the 2,220,750 common share purchase warrants that were originally issued pursuant to the private placement announced on Aug. 3, 2023.

Original expiry date:  Aug. 2, 2025

New expiry date:  Aug. 2, 2026

All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged.
