1CM INC. ANNOUNCES A $5,000,000.00 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

1CM Inc. has arranged a $5-million private placement to issue 3,333,333 common shares in the capital of the company at a price of $1.50 per share for total gross proceeds of up to $5-million in a non-brokered private placement to certain accredited investors. A total of $3-million of the $5-million private placement has been completed. The company expects the balance to be completed within 30 days. Total gross proceeds raised from the closing of the private placement will be used for general corporate purposes and acquisitions, and all securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
