EMPIRE MOURNS RAY ROLAND

Empire Metals Corp.'s former president, chief executive officer and director Raymond Roland has passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on July 14, 2025. Mr. Roland was a long-time cherished supporter of Empire, including as president, CEO, director, investor and manager. Prior to joining Empire Mr. Roland was senior manager, financial institution banking, Western Canada, for Canada's largest bank, the Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Roland's wisdom, enthusiasm, dedication, integrity and positive attitude made the world a better place.

In honour of Mr. Roland's exceptional legacy and contributions, the board of directors of Empire has resolved to change Empire's name to Roland Mineral Enterprises Corp. on exchange approval.
