Empire Metals Corp. ("Empire") (TSX.V-EP) announces that Ron Hughes has resigned as a director. Empire thanks Mr. Hughes for his contributions and his service as a director of the Company and wishes him all the best.

Empire holds a 100% interest in the Buck Lake Platinum, Palladium, Nickel and Gold Project located in Ontario near the Lac Des Iles platinum palladium mine.
