2023 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Empire Metals Corp.'s 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, Mark Patchett, Vincent Teo, James Boyce, John Brydle, Ronald Hughes, Frank Garofalo and Alfonso Aguilar were re-elected as directors. Mr. Patchett is president and chief executive officer of Empire. Shareholders reappointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
