ENERGY INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES ANNUAL REDEMPTION DETAILS

With respect to the previously announced annual redemption of 281,167 units of Energy Income Fund, the redemption price per unit is $2.3119.

The pro rata redemption rate will be 35.38 per cent (that is, for every 1,000 units submitted by a unitholder for redemption, 354 units will be redeemed).

The fund expects to pay the redemption proceeds to redeeming unitholders on or before Dec. 18, 2025.
